I would like to tell you that my brother and I are having some problems with the property that we are purchasing, we have been told that if we buy it we will have to carry out some urgent repairs, we have already put in an offer, but now we have asked the property owner to either repair the property or reduce the asking price. Please can you guide me whether it is still a good idea to purchase the property and will the owners reduce the price. We Have already spent alot of money with surveying the property and mortgage application. Thanks alot, your advise is much appreciated.
