Dear Dhira

 

I saw the discussions here. It seems that Vrischika lagna is being

considered, whereas i have a chart that shows dhanu lagna,

 

I know you use a different ayanamsa, but let me use lahiri and

explain his chart.

 

He has AK sun(very egoistic) in fourth house with lagna lord Jupiter.

This shows extraordinary fortune and fame.

I am a chess player myself, and have participated in school, college

and university level. I was the college champ, but was always unlucky

in bigger tournaments. Infact if i would have been slightly luckier

with chess, i would never have ventured into Jyotish.

I was obsessed with chess and played 12 to 13 hours daily.

 

Ok coming back, his chart has quite a few raja yogas, the important

one being the lagna lord with 9th lord Sun,

 

The negatives for vrischika lagna is the deb moon in lagna, lagna

lord mangal being deb in 9th house, another co-lord ketu in 3rd house

with saturn. With such prominent afflictions it would be hard for him

to think clearly. But i am open to vrischika lagna, as vrischika

lagna can show very stubborn and aggressive views. Even dhanu can

show that, but vrischika is more warrior like(mars, ketu)

Thank you for your comments, and I indeed also found his chart in this

databank sent to me with Time Zone 3. However, when I look on my atlas

with time zones, it apparently is Time Zone 4 for these coordinates, is

that the city Baku? I'll see what astrodienst has for this date.

 

Thanks for telling about your chess playing. If you like, we can have a

game sometimes by correspondence. Chess has become my new hobby, and I'm

37 now. Quite late to start, isn't it? I guess it must be my Cancer

Narayana dasha that just started. Sun aspects, showing new beginnings. I

also started some writing.
