PVR-garu (and others), please share your analysis on the longevity of Sachin's career with the rest of us! http://www.hindustantimes.com/htcricket/14_1383035.htm Sachin's cricket career will end this year: Pak astrologer Indo-Asian News Service New Delhi, May 31, 2005 Sachin Tendulkar's cricket career will end this year due to injuries, a Pakistani astrologer, who has previously been correct in his predictions, has said. "Tendulkar's stars show his career will end this year and the latest operation may prove (to be) the cause," Lahore-based Abdullah Shaukat Chowdhry has been quoted as saying by British website. The 32-year-old, who has just been ruled out of the game for 16 weeks following an elbow operation in London last week, is one of the world's best batsman with many world records to his credit. A former India captain, Tendulkar has scored 10,134 runs in 123 Tests and a world record 13,642 runs in 348 One-Day Internationals, also a world record. He has also cracked 34 Test centuries — a joint world record with former India opener Sunil Gavaskar. But his career has been threatened by a spate of injuries over the last years - back, toe and now elbow. "I use astrology charts and as per the position of the stars on the charts, a prediction is made. Tendulkar's date of birth suggests positions of Jupiter and Mars are not good," said 70-year-old Chowdhry, a cricket fan said. "I wish I am wrong but this is what stars tell," he said. Tendulkar's elbow injury first surfaced in Amsterdam last year when India went there to play in a one-day triangular series with Pakistan and Australia. It forced him to miss that tri-series, the three-match NatWest Challenge with England that followed, the Champions Trophy played in England and two home Tests against Australia late last year. When he returned, Tendulkar struggled to regain form, though he has now become the fourth-highest scorer in Test cricket and world's most successful one-day batsman with record aggregate and 38 record centuries. "Among Chowdhry's famous correct predictions were former Pakistan great Imran Khan to suffer a shin bone injury in 1980s, Pope John Paul to die because of ill health in 2005, an earthquake to hit South Asia in December 2004 and Tony Blair to win a third election," said. Chowdhry said he was inspired to learn the art as a nine-year-old from Pundit Sharma Raghunandan, when his parents lived in New Delhi, the site said. "Most of Chowdhry's clients come in search of matrimonial matches and to solve their employment problems. But a number of them also come to find the outcome of a cricket match or a series," it wrote. "I used to predict a lot on the outcome of cricket matches but after some of the predictions went wrong, mainly because of match fixing, I now refuse to predict on cricket matches," said Chowdhry, who correctly predicted India's 2-1 win in the Test series in Pakistan last year. "Cricket is my area of interest and any cricketer needing fair help is welcome," he said.
Guest guest
24.4.1973, Mumbai, 4.27.13 pm 'Sachin Tendulkar' is my personal favourite but I have tried to kept my emotional completely aside and analysis is done in a realistic frame of mind. It will be lengthy and i request you to bare with me. I had a big fear about Sachin whenever i remembered transit w.r.t his Natal moon i.e Dhanu. i knew that something worst is coming when Saturn enteres Cancer as Rahu is already having 4th transit anf Jupiter (Shubhpati) is afflicted in transit by nodes. that fear proved right as on the same day of Saturns entry in to Cancer, the new broke that he is out of action for nearly 4 months. He is running Rahu/ Mercury as per Vimshottari Dasha (I personally do not consider Dwi Saptati as Vim. Dasha fits better for his life events, than Dwi Saptai in my opinion). here Rahu as transit palnet is a king and hold the key for him. Most unfortunate part for him is that during last 18 months Rahu was transiting over his Natal Sun and he saw the bottom of his career and few insulting moments and now Rahu is transiting over Natal Mercury which is Debiliated Lagna lord and also the Antardasha Nath. Now Mercury as debiliated lagna lord has started from 22.10.2004. fro then on he has 'Elbow shoulder' and now surgery and below average exploits in batsmanship. Mercury being the Lagna lord and Neecha also placed in Maran Karka Sthana (Sanjayji has explained this posn. of mercury in recent mail) can definately cause few problems in his body/fitness level. if we goback then it is eveident that all his Fitness problems have started Since Rahu Mahadasha has started from him. to be more precise 1st Major problem appeared in Chennai test against Pakistan in the Later part of Rahu/Rahu, i think it was Sun or Moon pratyantara. now Lets have a LOOK AT FUTURE - Though Mecrury's nicha, following points are note worthy (especially w.r.t 10th house) 1) strongly Aspects Lagna as lord of lagna 2) 10th lord from Lagna & Moon 3) Aspects 10th house from Moon which is his own house 4) Placed in 10th from AL. 5) Well placed in 10th house in D10 Chart as lord of A10. Now if we apply the principle here that Planet aspecting it's own house Saves the bhava then Mercury connected to so many ways to 10th house of his career can not make him windup his original career. Another point i remember here is a Article by Shri K.N.Rao in one of his Magazine 3/4 years back. in which he demonstrated with many examples that a prominent personality looses his prominence (fall from career or end of career) once he comes under the dasha of a planet which has nothing to do with his 10th house or lord. if we combinedly see this 2 principle then Mercury and Rahu both are connected to his 10th house and the next anatara lord Ketu is very well placed in 10th house. hence i can conclude with sense of detachment that his career will be extended atleast till Ketu Antardasha i.e mid of 2008. i feel that Yesr 2008 may prove to be his last year as venus as antara lord is placed in 8th and may suggest end of his original career. Here is need to add that once Transit Rahu comes to Aquarious, he will reach his Everest height in that one & half year because of the fact that Rahu being the 6th co lord from Lagna & 3rd lord from moon will be placed in 6th & 3rd from lagna & moon respectively. he will play his original fiery game which he used to play. incidently The next world cup is in 2007 and world will see tendulkar's success in bringing the worldcup back to india. His current fitness issue will be easy out and he will come back to field once Guru is out of Vergo. may god help him overcome his problems and gives him fitting retirement from the cricket. best regards, Utpal Pathak astroiyer <navamsa > wrote: Anybody care to comment on this following newsbite?PVR-garu (and others), please share your analysis on the longevity of Sachin's career with the rest of us!http://www.hindustantimes.com/htcricket/14_1383035.htmSachin's cricket career will end this year: Pak astrologer Indo-Asian News ServiceNew Delhi, May 31, 2005 Sachin Tendulkar's cricket career will end this year due to injuries, a Pakistani astrologer, who has previously been correct in his predictions, has said."Tendulkar's stars show his career will end this year and the latest operation may prove (to be) the cause," Lahore-based Abdullah Shaukat Chowdhry has been quoted as saying by British website. The 32-year-old, who has just been ruled out of the game for 16 weeks following an elbow operation in London last week, is one of the world's best batsman with many world records to his credit.A former India captain, Tendulkar has scored 10,134 runs in 123 Tests and a world record 13,642 runs in 348 One-Day Internationals, also a world record.
