Guest guest
Hare Rama Krishna Dear Kaushik, As you said it is difficult to pinpoint one factor and attribute the results to it. Always there are multiple factors and cross inflences. That is the reason why we should stick to what clasics say. So that whenever, there is confusion, we get back to basics to start the analysis all over. Your Mer is in exchange with Sat (Yoga karaka for your lagna), so in all likelyhood will give good results. regards Surya vedic astrology, "itsmekk2" <itsmekk2> wrote: > Dear Members, > > I think there can be so many things which can modify "merc in 4th" > results. Guest guest
Hare Rama Krishna Dear Samal, The discussion is about a definition. Is Mer said to be in MKS in the 4th or in anyother house. The Q is something simmilar to whether Jup is putrakaraka or some other planet? That is the case here. If you can quote anything with references to classical texts, it will be useful for the discussion. (You know how Mer was born to Chandra & Tara - you know the story?) regards Surya vedic astrology, "psamal25" <psamal25> wrote: > Person with Mercury in 4th should be a mother's pet. Guest guest
Dear respected members In local parlance there is a saying -''Maranja Budhan Niranju nalkum''.It means hidden budha will give in full.Hidden houses may be 8,6.Also 12? I feel mercury being a quick planet may get distracted easily. Hence himslef in a hidden position(i feel kendras are the most exposed areas with respect to our lagna or oursleves.Trikonas may be the additional or boosting areas. When budha is less distracted ,he can oncentrate well and give good vidya. This is my personal understanding of the quotation and seek learned members opinion. Guest guest
SARVAM GYANANANDAMAYAM AUM GURUBYO NAMAH Dear Vijayadas, Namaste. Buda comes under the domain of Kubera whose sampath is akin to treasure. You know treasure is always hidden and seekers of treasure are ruled by matsarya a weakness blessed by Buda. As regards marana karaka sthana you think of Jarasandha and his death. Bhima tore him apart number of times but everytime he did that the torn portions attached easily and Jarasanda was back with full vigour. It was Krsna who suggested Bhima to change the positions of torn portions as wrong sides do not attract/attach. Take the karakatwa of planets. Karaka for 1st house is Sun while the karaka of 12th house is Sani. When you place Sun and Sani in 12th house and 1st house respectively they face a situation similar to that of Jarasandha - a marana karaka avastha is it not! There is great deal of knowledge involved in this karaka parivartana. Best wishes. Astrologically & spiritually yours, p.s.ramanarayanan. --- vijayadas_pradeep <vijayadas_pradeep wrote: Dear respected members In local parlance there is a saying -''Maranja Budhan Niranju nalkum''.It means hidden budha will give in full.Hidden houses may be 8,6.Also 12? Guest guest
Dear all, Mercury has always been a mystery for me. I have 8th Mercury. My natal chart is summarized below: Asc Cancer 17:21:08 Ashlesha Sun Aquarius 24:24:34 P.Bhadra Direct Mercury Aquarius 20:01:22 P.Bhadra Retro Venus Aries 8:15:12 Ashwini Direct Mars Leo 7:33:55 Magha Retro Jupiter Leo 10:04:34 Magha Retro Saturn Virgo 0:31:01 Uttara Retro Moon Scorpio 6:04:57 Anuradha Direct Rahu Leo 5:31:28 Magha Retro Ketu Aquarius 5:31:28 Dhanishta Retro Actually, two seperate pundits asked me to wear emerald which didnt suited me. I had an accident and other issues after wearing it. Even after studying astrology in some detail, I cant figure out why the pundits asked me to wear emerald. The emerald could be flawed but now I will try it again after finding the logic behind it. I have read that 8th Mercury is very good and gives education (which I have certaintly acquired over the years). Also can anyone comment on retrograde 8th mercury and also the effect of two planets (sun, KE) with Mercury and three planets seeing it from 2nd house (Jp, Ma, Ra). Maybe the pundits reccomended it Me gemstone to me because of Ashlesha ascendant nakshatra or due to Saturn-Me sthan parivartan of dushtan houses ... the 8th Mercury is still a mystery for me. If anyone has a clue then please help me solve it.
