In reference to your specific query about a Sagittarius lagna with Jupiter

owning 1st and 4th houses and being placed in 4th house, my developing mind

says that although there are beneficial aspects of jupiter on the 8th house

(5th drishi on 2nd from 7th) 12th house of Scorpio (9th drishi), it has no

direct relation to nullification of kuja dosha.

 

In this case, mangal will, however be not so bad because of its ownership of

trine (5th) along with 12th. Having said that, strong Kuja dosha should still

prevail with mars' placement lets say in dual sign Gemini in the 7th or lagna.

 

However, this is just theory in general and specific conditions in a particular

chart may reveal a different picture.
