What an appalling way to try and get some money out of possibly gullible students of astrology.

 

You should be ashamed of yourself. Why should anyone join your group - you

should be paying them, not the other way around. It costs you nothing to set

up a , why should you charge for membership. You should be reported

to for attempting to charge money for their free service.

 

Perhaps you would like to reconsider your ill-considered offer?

Dear friends,

I have created a new vedic astrology group to discuss

the basic concepts of vedic astrology.

 

The discussion starts with the basic questions of "Trik Houses" i.e.

bad houses namely 6,8,12 houses. Why ownership and occupation of

these houses are bad whereas ownership and occupation of other houses

are termed good in vedic astrology ?

 

Please send your explanation to asksrikanta.

If your answer is correct, you will be admitted to the gourp within 2

weeks from receipt of your reply, as a teacher member of the group.

No reply will be sent to those who reply incorrectly.

 

If you are not able to become a teacher member of the

group, you can apply for student membership by sending your birth

data, onetime membership fee of Rs.500/- to Srikanta Tripathy,

At/P.O- Swampatna,Orissa, PIN-758030. The onetime membership as well

as supply of birth has been made compulsory only to filter out the

non-serious students as well as to help punlication of the research

result of the group members in the form of book. The initial

membership fee can be waved up in deserving cases (based on the birth

horoscope).Confirmation of membership may take 3 to 4 weeks time.

Not to discourage you, but the stringent requirements like

entrance test, long lead time to get started, membership fee to be paid by

check and mailed to you etc seems like big hurdles to cross, and we are left

wondering why we should do so when there are tons of groups out here that are

started or visited by stellar quality astrologers.

 

I am certain that there are good reasons for you to do so and we would like to know them.

Can you highlight the advantages of your group in bullet points like

1. Good quality of membership because it has sieved members, no rif-raf allowed

2. Publication of digest with research materials

etc..

 

Good luck with your new group and I will certainly try and join if it seems worthwhile
