Yes this would be an interesting discussion. I am sure many on the

list are tired of these questions as many have taken one position or

the other and all vijaydas is asking is to have a look at the classics

and clarify the points. For all we know classics may be ambiguous and

are open to extrapolation or speculation the way they are written and

transmitted. That may not have be enthe intent of the author though,

we will never know. Technically vijaydas' proposition makes sense to

me. They are amshas and not signs and as rishis left us with no

example charts and illustrations this is a field ripe for theorizing.
