Saturn in Cancer....what does this mean?

Dear Educated Astrologers,

 

I am very new to astrology and have limited time right now to learn

but I received an email from a friend regarding Saturn going into

Cancer within the next two months.

 

Is it true that this will not be a good time for anyone on the

planet? Does this mean some changes or events are likely to happen?

 

Could someone please explain in simple terms exactly what this means

please?

 

I think my friend was saying this was directly related to my chart

as well. I know I have definitely been going through some fast

changes lately. In particular I've been having body changes and

injuries related to a car accident last Sunday. Been taking really

good care of myself though and have great hope for a nice recovery.
