How to Judge Correct Birth of Time from Birth Chart?

Dear All,

 

Good Day. The following is the birth chart I have noted from my

grandpa's dairy. Everything is written in tamil and I was born on

April 28, 1980 at my grand pas's house. Kanya Rashi, Mesha Lagna,

Hastha Nakshatra. The dairy also says that I was born at some

naligai , 22 1/2 vinaligai, which is not clear. I understand that a

day is divided in to 60 naligai and 1 naligai is = 60 vinaligai.

 

1) What is the exact birth time from my horoscope chart?

 

2) I am desperately looking for a JOB. Could any one predict based

on my horoscope, When will I get a good JOB?
