Debilited Mercury in Kendra?

Respected Gurujis,

 

Please accept ny apologies for asking such a basic question. But I am

not able to find out the answer from any resources. The doubt relates

to debilited mercury in Kendra. Let us say Lagna is Gemini, and

Mercury is placed in 10th house in Pisces.

 

In Pisces Mercury is debilited. But Mercury is exalted in Virgo, and

so it is its own exaltation lord. So does the Mercury's debilitation

gets cancelled, baecuse the exaltation lord (Mercury) is in Kendra?

 

If the debilitation for Mercury does not get cancelled by birtue of

its placement in Kendra, how does mercury's debilitation gets

cancelled?

 

Pardon me for not knowing such basics, but throwing some lights on

simple basics, will greatly help me in my pursuit of vedic astrology.
