My interest in this subject is purely astrological, as I want to understand the combinations that effect such donations both during one's lifetime and post-death. As much as UL shows how much a native gives in a marriage, there should be something in a chart that says the native will donate his/her eyes on death or enable "vision" for someone, somewhere. Similarly, my thoughts went to people who offer one of their kidneys for transplantation and give "life" to someone. There should be some combination there, as well. So it should be possible to time these donations. Isn't it? Maybe transits might also contribute. More than anything, I also want to know, if there is a specific mention of such donations in our scriptures. I imagine the Garuda purana or some purana might say something on these. But I don't know.
