Dear SanjayP & Suryaviswanadham,

Thank you. Today was a day of mind opening awesome learning, while I still

don't have a clue, I am encouraged by the kindness and guidance this list has

shown me in a single day. You all rock!

I think I pulled every available muscle in my head. The Female Deities

Mahalaxmi and Saraswati are fascinating, and I would like to know in

application what it is that I should do. There is a lack in Western religion

of women as creators.

The words in Mark Kincaid post of today, struck cords that rang like bells in my

mind. I must learn to make better lemondade and pies from the lemons that the

Universe is hurling at me to overcome the limitations and challenges.

SanjayP: What SuryaViswananda was directing you towards was your

Ishtadevata (Desired diety for peace) and PalanaDevata (Protecting or

Feeding diety). They both for you is signified by Planet Venus in your

chart. For such a combination in Hindu philosophy, Maha Laxmi the

Mother goddess for wealth and Spouce of Vishnu is adored. You could

try to read some stories and description about Mahalaxmi and if you

want try to find a corresponding diety in your religion. (Like certain

form of Mother Mary etc).

Also try to read about Subhadra sister of Krishna and find

corresponding diety in your religion, if needed. These dieties will

give you protection and help you wade thru ocean of misery.
