Career issues: debiliated & retro 10th lord

Respected Jyotish friends,

 

I am desperately looking for a job. Could any one of you

look into my chart and predict the reason why I am facing so much

hardship on account of my career ?

Will I get a job in near future? By the grace of God my sade sati

was not too bad as it was supposed to be. But I am really curious

regarding the status of the deb.retro.saturn , which is also 10th

lord in my horoscope.saturn didn't show its malefic nature in true

sense during sadesati and the same saturn is giving me a hard time

to get a job! Pls help me out on my career.
