Please confirm if the person is magalik

Hi,

I have recently had some confusions with regard to the mangalik

presence of my daughter. Her birth time is 5.44 AM and her birth place

is Erode 77.43E 11.21N. Her mars is in the 7th house but is conjunct

with saturn and rahu is aspecting her from the 4th. Some softwares

show that the mangalik nature is cancelled due to auspicious positions

of the planets while some other claim her to be mangalik.

Please clarify it for me.

If both Mangala and Shani are in 7th, then the Manga Dosha is cancelled. What is the Sign

the date of birth is 13/4/1982

and the sign of 7th house is virgo.
