Moola dasa: Was it a punishment by curse ,,,?

Respected Astrogurus,

I read in a lesson of Pt Sanjay Rath ji on Mool dasa, that 14 years exile of

lord Rama, at the time of his scheduled coronation - a sock and surprise to one

and all, was a dirty politics of wicked minds in the palace of King Dashrath. It

all happened in Saturn moola dasa, who was uccha in 4th house of lord Rama's

chart, and was a precipitation of two curses (1) to Dashrath by Shravana's

blind father (Saturn - old and dying) - to loose son's company at his death

time; and (2) to Lord Vishnu by Muni Narad (brahmin) for making his fun at

Narad Moh. Reason explained in lesson is uccha Juipter (bramhan) in lagna,

uccha Saturn in 4th house, both with kendra dristi on 10th having uccha Sun,

but with kendradrasti of yogakarak uccha Mars (red humanoid - Hanuman ji) in

7th house that helped (associate/partener) lord Rama to defeat evils (Ravana).

Essence is that moola dasa does indicate karma/curses of past

life.

Here is somewhat analogous position of planets in chart of a native (but not

uccha jupiter, saturn, mars and sun) with highest credential among his 50

colleagues that were assessed by promotion committee that met on 17.10.04. The

Native was passing through Mool dasa of Jupiter/Ketu between 9.9.04 -

30.10.04, and had Jupiter/Ketu/saturn pratyantar on 17.10.04. Jupiter (in

lagna) and satrun (in 4th with Rahu) aspected ketu (in 10th karmabhav). Result

was- Inspite of the best credential, and the interview, with malified intension

of a manipulative committee member (a shastriya - Mars/ketu) yielded out his

personal gredge against the native. Result was analogous to Lord rama i.e. at

the time when he was about to get the highest of his carrer, inspite of his

best credential, which most of the committee member did agree, he was not

promoted and superceded by others due to dirty politics.

I post it to learned Gurus for their expert comments with intention to put

forth that Moola dasha is effective ot turning the table and so on so forth. I

would appreciate if the cause or nature of curses on native's present/past life

could be guessed/identified.
