D-60 and AK/KETU

Recently lot of discussion has been going on for D-60.I saw a few charts in one

of the charts Ketu is in 12th from AK Mars.What could be inferred from this

information?Is the person going to attain or atleast head towards

enlightenment.I am providing the D-60 chart and karaks of rasi chart below
