As far as I know, the software Parashara's Light is not available for free download and it cost much. If you want to draw charts, you can go to Narasimha-ji's website and download the freely available software Jagannatha Hora. However, this s/w does require you to understand the principles of vedic astrology and make your own interpretation. It does not generate interpretation like Parashara's Light.
