red coral 8-9 ratti good luck- need second opinion verify please

dear learned astrologers,

i have been told to wear 8-9 ratti of red coral

for good luck. if so should i set it in gold or silver as pertaining

to me. i would like to add that i am constantly very cold and have

poor circulation
