Help in Job Change decision

Dear Learned Members,

 

I have a decision making situation w.r.t job change and I

thought, I'll take astrological advice for the same. The story is

this. I'm a technology guy working in investment banking technology.

OVer the last 2 weeks, I had interviewed at few places, not out of

any need, but for a better opportunity. I got 2 offers from different

groups of the same company.

 

The first one is in the line of business/domain of my liking and the

line I wanted to get into. It offers slightly more compensation and

about the same position as I now am in my current job. Since, the

original idea of me seeking change was for move to this line of

business this seems a good choice.

 

The second one is in the same business line as I'm currently in but

offers the next higher career position/role along with higher

compensation and other perks. This opportunity is tempting with the

next level role as well as a potential quicker path to grow up in the

ladder. But, I'd be in the same kind of domain as I currently am.

 

Now with this dilemma of what to choose, I decided to seek

astrological advice if the period/dasas or transits are

financially/career-wise or otherwise good for me to make the move to

a next level role in career and thus choose the second role above?

Career decisions a are always very tricky matters even in astrology.
