12.0pt">On this Sukla Dwitiya ruled by my AK Moon, under the auspices and

blessings of Pt. Sanjay Rath, we are announcing the opening of the

Chapter.

12.0pt">A recent workshop held on 2nd April 2005 in Cape Town with an

introduction to jyotish stirred much interest especially for Western

Astrologers. This list hopes to teach the basics of jyotish to prepare them for

the East meets West Conference in 2006 when Pt. Sanjay Rath will be the main

speaker with an expected attendance of +120 people.

12.0pt">Plans are already on the way for our own Conference in 2007;

this is also in the capable hands of my sishya, Bipin Prag who lives in Cape Town. Bipin Prag had

a very successful turn out to a Western Astrology conference which he

co-organised with his partner in 2004.
