I can't express in words, the amount of joy I get when I see the features of the software. Your service to the Astrological fraternity will be long remembered. But, I found a small mistake in this software. I wish somebody would have pointed it out. When I saw the quick info regarding the Chara Dasa of Sri Iranganti Rangacharya, I found a line as follows "Sri Iranganti Rangacharya was undoubtedly a great scholar of Sanskrit and astrology." But as far as I know, he is still alive, and healthy. I met him a few months back and I was informed by him that he would be shifting over to Chennai to live with his son. Recently, I saw his letter printed in AM APR 05 issue also from Chennai Address. And regarding his Chara Dasa calculations, it seems, that in calculation of years, you have deducted an year from the count, as we do in Narayana Dasa and also took stronger sign between 1st and 7th. But I take reference to Annual Issue if AM 1999, where Sri Rangacharya explained his calculations under the article "Prospects for the Vajpayee Govt. - A Jaimini study" page - 60. In that article, he has calculated Chara Dasa swearing-in chart of Vajpayee Govt., in which he gives 9 years to Taurus (Lagna), Venus in Capricorn. So, it looks, he has not deducted one year from Dasa years count. I just wanted to bring my observation to your notice but I agree completely that I may be wrong. With regards, Shanmukha. Which also causes some shift in Dasa's and all related things. But, I would also take this opportunity to praise for JHL. Its simply a Great Software I have seen so far.
