Dear David,

Namaste. The link is quite working. Please copy and paste

everything within quotes " www.wam.umd.edu/~sourav/ " . Notice there

is a ' ~ ' sign before sourav and a ' / ' after it. This means you

will be led to a directory, from which you can select and right-

click and the item for saving. I have kept the paper in full form as

well as zipped form, depending on your download speed. I will be

posting files from various guru's and learned friends if they do not

find space in the forum sites.
