I read a Astrology report in which it mentions that Jupiter in Abhijit

Nakshatra becomes more powerful even though according to the

house division (Capricorn) system it is in debilitation sign. Jupiter in this

Nakshatra will nullify all the evil effects. Person will attain top

position in the government and may become a minister or a governor or an

administrator.Please Comment on this as the Jupiter in

Capricorn is Neecha .
