Mercury, the ascendant lord and lord of the 4th house, is debilitated, combust and aspected by Saturn. 2. The Moon is also debilitated. It is strongly recommend NOT to buy the property in consideration. (but confused as biginner) Thought mercury is debeleted but Ju is causing Neech Bhanga, even Me in 10th (in Kendra ) is causing Neech Bhanga (ie cancelation of debilation ). Me is aspected by Ju and aspecting 4th house. Despositor of Me, Ju is excalted in Navamasa in A4. Me with despositor of Hora Lagna (Sun). Saturn in lagna was concern but its being AK and 9th lost looks good to me. I also looked at D-4 and I found it positive. Mercury is combust and aspected by Saturn which are serious weaknesses for the planet. In addition, the Moon is debilitated as well. There is an argument that there is a neechabhanga for this due to Ketu in a kendra. But the neechabhanga is likewise weak as in the planet Mercury. In my opinion, if you are going to invest your money and time on a piece of property, you should make a decision based on a stronger prashna chart than what was casted. In the final anlysis, it is your money on the line.
