The delay is not due the aspect of Mars but due to Saturn to the

seventh of Chandra Rasi (Position of Saturn or Jupiter in the 7th

generaly delays marriage due to its slow motion).

 

Tip-Exhalted 7th seventh Lord , Exalted Kalatra Karaka - Look for a

partner befitting the nature (tip- family background , job/ business

position etc).
