Re: [vedic astrology] 2-Krishna,....Re: what is kuja dosha? > Mark Kincaid.... 3/25

Dear Mark kincaid,

what if a native has in his lagna-sun,ven, in his

second house-mer, in his third house- jup, in his 4th house- sat, rahu, in his

7th house- moon, in his 10th house- ket and at his 12th house mars.

As stated in an earlier mail as mars is in this natives 12th house, this person

has kuja dosha, what must be taken into consideration in seeking alliance for

him( for his marriage).

with regards

Dear Krishna:

Kuja dosha is both an important consideration in marriage, and is yet, not the dreaded curse,

that one would get from others sometimes.

However Mars in the 7th is part of kuja dosha because it represents one of those

places in the chart where Mars will be influencing the 7th house of marriage.

Generally the rule is to be connected with someone who also has kuja dosha, but

practical experience shows that too, can have it's own set of problems.

I've looked at some people's charts, and both people's difficult Mars just means

twice as much argueing.

I'd suggest that you publish your dob info, and have people look at all the

various aspects of your chart, so as find some solution.

Sincerely,

Mark Kincaid

ps... one quick bit of advice, for most Mars aspects upon the 7th house, is to

change one's ways associated with one's Marishness.

In other words, if one has the habit of being too Marish, especially related to

affairs of the heart, and partnerships, then, the suggestion is to tone down

that degree of Mars, assertiveness.

The only exception I've found to this, is a client of mine who had Mars in

Cancer, in her 7th, and she also needed to stand up for herself, more.

That's why I suggested, giving your dob, info, ....

ciao

Re: [vedic astrology] Re: what is kuja dosha and what if one has

it?what are the precautions to be tak

Namasthe Guruji,

This is an excellent explanation. But I have one basic

doubt.

As per your prediction I shouldnt have mangalya dosha as I have mars in 7th

place and my moon sign is cancer with sagitarrius lagna but some astrologers

insist that I should marry a girl with mangalya dosha.

As Iam in the process of bride search it would be helpful if you could reply.

with God blessings

Namasthe

For a female 7th is the Kalatra Sthana and 8th is the Mangalya Sthana.

For a male only 7th is considered (kalatra Sthana). Any malefic

influence by way of position or aspect in these rasi/bhava should be

countered equaly in the other chart.

To make it clear

If a female chart is having Mars in the 7th or 8th the male chart

should have a similar planet in the 7th (8th is not considered).

if this influence is in the 7th of a male chart then the 7th of the

female should have simlar planet.

if Mars is in the 1st he aspects the 7th & 8th rasi , if he in the 4th

he aspects the 7th (4th drishti), if he is in the 2nd he aspects the

8th rasi and if he is in the 12th the he aspects the 7th rasi. Hence

these positions are said to be Kuja Dosha positions.

Of these the position in the 7th of male and female and 8th of female

are the worst.

Exeption to the above is

Mars in capricorn (exaltation ) and in cancer (debilation) is not

considered are kuja dosha. Any exalted planet including mars is

considered benefic. Mars in cancer is like a charcoal ( burning

meterial in water) - incapable of any gross mischief.

A malefic position in the kendras particulary influences once

character, attitudes sometimes adversely and may not be condusive for

a happy married life. for example sun influences ego, authority- Mars

influences anger, military like attitudes while saturn induces

stuborness.

The idea of matching is that the other side should be capable of

handling such persons. apart from these there are other genetic /

phisycal/metabolic/Psychological compapatabilty issues embeded in the

same situation.

Be it a partnership or frienship , it shall be between equals.

It is this eqality that is being sought in marriage.
