Divisional Charts

Rasi. To highlight the importance of the Divisions he says in the

"The effects of a horoscope should be predicted according to the

Yes, the way I read it is one has to look at the strengths of grahas

or lords. Where does it say use the chart as a separate chart ? There

are methods described to ascertain strengths of grahas. if it is

exalted , in ememies rashi, friend's rashi etc. Thats how I read it.
