Can Jyotishi predict death? Please reply

This person is very fond of his parents. And one astrologer has said

he is gonna lose his parents in Mars maha-dasha.

 

DOB: 15th Feb 1968

Time: 4:00 AM

Place: Karachi, Pakistan

 

Can learned gurus please confirm if that is ture? Is there any way

to prevent it, any remedy.
