Please help: Urgent!!

Respected gurujis,

I am a member of vedic astrology. I would like to tell my brothr's

life and request to predict about his life.

He got engaged with a girl in may 2003 .He married on 12th Feb 2004

after 9 months of

engagement.till marriage both were very very happy. from the day of

marriage, the girl

started hating my brother for one or the other reason. so they were

not happy from the day

of marriage. She left my brother in july2004. she asked for divorce

and claimed 5 lakhs. she

threatened us like if we dont give 5 lakhs they will book dowry case

though we have not

taken any dowry. Then we aggreed to give 5 lakhs. the due date was

march 2005. But my father

was too much concerned about 5 lakhs since we are poor, so commited

suicide in dec 2004.

after that we said that we cant give 5 lakhs. then they booked a

dowry case and arrested my

brother. my brother got released after 2 days. now the case is goin

on inthe court.

29-Jul-1973

Time: 11-50.A.M.

Latitude: 14° 25' N

Longitude: 74° 25' E

11-Apr-1977

Time: 11-55.A.M.

Latitude: 14° 25' N

Longitude: 74° 25' E

Please answer these questions:

1) why all these tragedies happened in a year ?.

2) can my brother win in this case? will he marry second time ? if so

how is his marriage

life ?

3) is there any possibility to loose job for my brother ??

4) since birth , he was not happy for one or the other reason.. why?

what is the remedy ?

5) why there was no compatibility between my brother and his wife?

Please answer these questions and help to reduce our plight.

Please give following details:1) Source of TOB, that is recorded meticulously,

hospital record, rectified etc.2) Margin of error possible.3) Some past trends

/ facts / events, may be other than you want to ask about. You may write about

your nature, education, profession, marriage / spouse if married /

relationship, good / bad periods of past, parents' profession / status, health

etc.

Please give above information regarding your brother. From your data, he appears

to be innocent. But if TOB is 10 minutes earlier, he may be having some

perversion. By the data given for his wife, she will have a job far away /

abroad, I feel certainly.

Namaste,

The situation looks very challenging from jyotish standpoint. He is

cureently in Budh-shani dasha that runs to the end of the year.

Mercuru is 9th lord from lagna but is at 29 degrees , it is vargottama

but heavily afflicted by shani, ketu and mangal. From chadra who

happens to be of amavastya tithi, the seventh lord is shani and is

afflicted in 6th from seventh in the 12 th house from chandra lagna.

The only bright spot is guru in sventh house, debilited and

retrograde. He is also 6th lord from chandra in seventh. One can say

this is chart of afflicted luck.

He is also in sade sati and will be in the middle part from may. Ask

him to pray to shani deva or recite hanumaan chalia sincerely.

The wife's chart also has seveth lord in 8th afflicted by mangal. Her

shukra is exalted alost to a degree but combust within a degree. She

is running venus-venus, she is also in sade sati and it won't be a

easy time for her either.

P.S. How was 1998 and 1999 for your brother ? Was there a marraige

proposal that did not materialize ?

Dear Gireesh,

Your brother is born in tithi amavasya, considered very inauspicious

for the native and his family.

Lord of amavasya is Rahu. He is debilitated in Upapada and aspect

debilitated Jupiter in 2nd house from UL. This is a bad combination

for the maried life, especially for the 1st spouse.

Tithi ashtottari of sun (from nov 2001) and tithi ashtottari of dara

tithi jup/rahu between oct 02 and nov 04 underline the role of

amavasya.

Lagna is vargottama and Sataabdika is applicable in this case :

das/antar of jup/ma is running from nov 01 to nov 05. Jupiter and

mars are in nakshatras of 2 luminaries (2 components of amavasya),

showing the evil.

Vargottama lagna give the power to resist and triumph over all

misfortunes. Amavasya can give a great wealth too, after a remedial

measures.

In my humble opinion, worshipping of luminairies will help you and

your brother to overcome your problems. Gurus of this list can

surely show you the way.

I am not sure about this claim. Can you quote the source, how this

inference was drawn. Have you tested it on lot of charts. Amavasya

comes every month. I have also heard that Amavasya is good for boys.

Again in Amavasya night birth or day birth has its own

significations. Why go by one formula: that it is amavasya birth and

spread gloom ?

Hare Rama Krishna

Husband Chart.

Li lagna rises with lagna lord placed in the 11th. The 11th house also is the

badhakasthana for Li lagna. Lagna lord is being aspected by Saturn, neecha

guru and rahu. Fortunately the lagna lord venus occupying the 4th naksharta

pada signifies the native's focus towards moksha. Also the native's mind does

have strong ideals, due to sun's argala on the lagna and moon in the 1st

nakshatra pada.

7th house is Aries, ruled by Mars. 7th house also has the A10 which seem to

indicate a link between spouse and profession. 7th lord mars is ill-placed in

the 6th (Vargottama), a Dusthana. Mars is also being aspected (among others by

Saturn and Rahu. Thus the house of marriage is under affliction.

The Upapada (UL) holds the key to marriage. UL falls in the fiery sign of Sg

which has neecha Rahu. This could mostly indicate spouse from a family whose

family status is relatively less. 2nd from UL shows the sustenance of

marriage. 2nd from UL has neecha guru who is also retro. Let's see the 2nd

lord from UL. Saturn (2nd lord from UL) is placed in the badhakasthana from the

UL!. This according to me is the worst affliction. Also 2nd lord from UL is

placed in a Sc navamsa, 2nd to navamsa lagna showing coldness in relationship.

The chart also confirms that the people opposing marriage signified by elders

and relatives.

The dasa in operation is Vimshottari Merc (From moon). Mercury is the 7th lord

from UL which is placed also in the 7th from UL (Badhakasthana). The same is

under affliction from the nodal axis. Mercury retro placed in the 6th in D-6

does not seem to help much.

A few other afflictions are the tithi dosha and the current sade sathi in

operation. Sanjay guru's VRA has the remedies for tithi dosha. Fasting on

Thursday's and tithi dosha remedy is the best step forward according to me.

Since there was no mention if any gems were being worst, I only hope no one is

wearing any emerald.

Wife Chart

Before getting into other details, a few quick observations.

1. Moon (DK) placed in the 8th. This is an affliction called Chandra-astama.

This makes the mind very susceptible to various influences. This means that

the native's mind can be easily swayed by others.2. Tithi is Krishna Asthami,

again ruled by rahu. Husband was born in Amawasya also ruled by Rahu. Hence

both chart have tithi dosha. In both charts, moon get's to be the DK!.

lord of lagna mercury placed in 2nd nakshatra pada indicates Artha. Moon (mind)

falls in the 3rd nakshatra pada. The 7th lord Jupiter in the 12th is being

aspected by 2 first rate malefics, Mars, Saturn and rahu.

UL falls in Cp which has moon (Dk). Lord of the 2nd from UL has mars!. this

itself can give arguments in marriage. Mars also co-lords 11th house from UL.

This is the badhakasthana from UL!. 2nd lord from UL, Saturn is placed in the

8th in D-9 and 7th house in D-9 is involved in the nodal axis. 2nd house from

navamsa lagna has mars and he is being aspected by Rahu. The dasa in operation

is Rahu Vimshottari from Moon. Rahu is placed in the 5th house which also

houses (among others) A7!. Saturn bhukti in rahu ended recently. Saturn also

happens to be the 8th lord (mangalya). I will stop here.

Tithi dosha remedy and fasting on Saturdays are the best remedies for now.

I hope other learned members and guru's will correct my analysis.
