Taking into account the multiple raja / gynana / and spiritual yogas in the chart, the person is very focussed on understanding of Time & space perhaps...? I would guess that short or long ascension signs would be of use here...my long range shot is that the person has some unusual power of the mind...maybe can calculate numbers or some such wizardry. Another wild shot could be that some physical feat having to do with the face could be possible, Something to do with the head, however.
