Retrograde Planets

Hi,

I have recently joined this group and would like to ask a few

questions about retrograde planets

1. Is it true that retrograde planets tend to show the effects of

the previous houses (i.e. the 12th from them)?

2. I have read that retrograde planets are results of an incomplete

past life : is this true and if so do these planets show the

imcompleteness or does the house in which they are placed also have

a say.

3. What are the indications of retrograde planets in the 12th house

in particular of slower moving planets ( for example what would the

presence of Ju and Sa together in the 12th house indicate)?

I would appreciate any answers as I am trying to understand the

effects of past life as seen in the rasi charts (not the shastyamsa)

with relation to moksha.
