I am attaching details of my friend

 

DOB - 27th July 1968, 06:35am,

POB- Jagatsinghpur(near Cuttack), Orissa, India

 

Birthtime accurate/margin of error very low.

Inspite of being well qualified, he has no stable income. He has not

been able to get a job and does not ahve any success with business.

he has been unable to get married to the girl of his choice owing to

parental pressure. is there any scope of his situation improving?
