Difference between Debilitation & MKS

Dear Members,

 

I wanted to understand the difference between a planet being in

debility as against it being in its Marana Karaka Sthana.

 

What I do know is that, the debility status is judged on the basis of

the sign it is placed in, and its MKS is in relation to the house it

is placed in. What I want to know is, what is the DIFFERENCE in the

results or the effect that the planets will give when placed in MKS,

as against in debility.

 

Which placement is more harmful - debility or being in MKS ?

 

If one has a planet in its MKS in the rasi chart, does one also look

to the Navamsa to check its house position there ? Or the MKS is

exclusive to the Rasi chart ?

 

I am assuming tha a benefic in its MKS would be less beneficial. On

the same note, if a malefic is in MKS, will it also be less harmful ?

 

Any provisons to get a planet out of its MKS, as there are Neech

Bhnaga provisions for a planet in debility ?
