Well, I can tell you I have a chart of a person with Libra lagna (movable sign) with lagna lord in Aries (movable sign) and thus aspecting lagna, and that person is skinny without even a slight layer of fat. My father has the same combination, and though he has a belly, I cannot call him extremely fat.
