Responding to a question on exaltation and debilitation of planets in D-60 chart Pt. Rathji said something about this being a "desirable" feature in Kaliyug. Or maybe I didn't understand him properly or am mis-quoting him. Could the gurus of the forum kindly throw more light on D-60 which has 3 planets in exaltation and 2 in debilitation. The lagna of D-60 is Scorpio. Capricorn (3rd) has Jupiter, Mars and Ketu. Aries (6th) has Sun and Saturn. Taurus (7th) has Moon and Cancer (9th) has Rahu. The lagna in natal chart is Taurus. Gemini has Jupiter, Sun, Mercury and Ketu; Cancer has Moon and Venus; Libra has Saturn; and Saggitarius has Mars and Rahu. What kind of a past life did this native have?
