NITIN-------why venus is exalted in Enemy's Sign--------

Thanks for the matter provided by you.

I had even gone through the BPHS, but i am in need of a scientific

reason for the same. i believe in the GURU tag given to planets but i

am in search of a cientific reason for the same

B. Suryanarain Rao, Grandfather of Dr. B.V. Raman has said in his

commentary on Sarvartha Chintamani that these are the Rasis in which

the planets appear the brightest at the degrees indicated as Paramoccha.
