Punya chart-place not mentioned in previous email

Hello All

 

The punya data is as follows

 

5 Feb 2000

Time : 3.45 PM(1545 hrs)

Place: New Delhi,India

 

This is hospital record.An error margin of 10 minutes(3.35-3.45) can

be kept as person was speaking at about 3.35pm and was declared

brought dead at 3.45 pm

 

Please advise if any poojas for shanti need be done.Also what can be

said about the abode of the native?
