Mars will give the effect of Ju and Ju of mars. Mars is debilitated in Navmansha as well. So wearing Red Coral will harm you and will not serve the purpose. Wear the Coral, offer Narasimha Stuti, after Saturn leaves the 1st house, he can offer the Red Coral as an upaya. But the Pearl is the better selection.
