yes, in my opinion she will go abroad, successfully or not.

1. in rashi, 4th(home) lord mercury is in 8th(change) conjuncy ketu,

co lord of the 12th(kumbha, foreign residence). so ketu (foreign

residence) is influencing mercury (home)

2. in d10(which changes at 4:53) mars 10th lord is in the 12th

3. in d10 mercury 12th lord is in lagna

4. she is now entering ketu mahadasha, activating the above

mentioned conjunction with 4th lord

5. in d4 mars 12th lord rashi aspects the 4th (home)

6.back to rashi chart, shani 12th lord is in the 9th

7, in d24, if she was born 4:54 then 12th lord shani is in 9th there

too. but if not, then the above 6 items are sufficient to indicate

she will go abroad, that she has karma "there".

 

moreover, she has the dispositor of rahu in the 7th, and in the

navamsha, she has rahu in the 7th itself, so she will likely marry a

foreigner, which she can more likey do abroad anyway.

this is another indication she has karma with foreign places/spouse

in her life. not that marriage will be easy either, abroad or at

home.

 

also, career may be difficult due to mars 10th lord in dasamsha in

the 12th, but in rashi, jupiter 10th lord is in 11th, and has

nichabhanga, but has malefic aspect from shani 12th lord, so at

times career will be difficult, whether she stays home or goes

abroad.

 

so, if she feels a "pull" to go abroad, she should, thats where her

karma lies.
