In regards to the discussion on Kalsarpa. I would like to get some more insight into its effects on an individuals life. From what I gather all the plantes need to be hemmed between Rahu-Ketu axis viewed in anticlockwise direction from Rahu - Ketu in the chart. For ex, in my birth chart DOB: July 13, 1977 14:05 Bombay, India Asc - Libra Ketu - Pisces Mars, Venus, Jupiter, Moon - Taurus Sun - Gemini Saturn, Mercury - Cancer Rahu - Virgo So from my standpoint since all planets are hemmed bewteen Rahu - Ketu in 12 - 6 house formation its Sheshanag Kalsarpa Yoga.. Please clarify this for me. Please provide me with u'r feedback as I wll be greatly benefited from this. As per the discussion in the thread below I have been polarised between my desires at one end and my inherent persuasion to seek spiritual growth and am undergoing sever mental turmoil on the same. Look forward to some divine information on the same. Regards, Karthik Krishnamoorthy vedic astrology, Sathiyanarayana Gupta <gupta816> wrote: > > Dear Shri. Sanjai Aggarwal, > > Shri. Raghunantha Raos appended analyses are all in the right directions only. Yes, it is a case of S.K.Y. Mer. & Mars are badly affected they are in the POORVA PAPA sthana indicating that the native had earned the SAPAS from his maternal uncle & bratha in his last birth. Since Venus is also in the poorva sapa sthna I am of view that a Sumangali complimented the sapas. Sapa parikara at this young age is not warranted .The present Saturn dasa is good for the native. However the parents of boy could perform SUDARSAN, CHANDI, and LAKSHMI HOMAS on the jenma nakshtra of the boy annually till the boy grows up and become a gharastha. As all the sugasthanas were affected the boy maintain in different health. As the buthi sthanas are affected he may not be cute. > > I pray the Almighty shower the best to the boy. > > With regards, > > D. This Moon is in P.Bhadra Nakshatra ruled by Jupiter, who is 3rd and 6th Lord placed in 3rd house and having Rashi Drishti on Ketu and Moon. > Let us try to understand the two yogas by considering the values of Rahu and Ketu in your nephew's chart. > > Rahu is the significator for rebirth, as it constantly tries to build karma into our lives, through desires, materialism, etc. > > Ketu however, seeks to avoid all this and deny it all together, in its search for Bhagawan. > > Either of KSY or KAY, produces great mental problems for the individual as the native is constantly trying to deal with the two extremes of desire, and complete deniance of the same. > > The eventual outcome of the Yoga comes in the Natural age of the two Planets, i.e. Rahu=42, and Ketu=45. > > As you know if Rahu becomes atmakaraka, which is the most severe teacher for this Yoga, but in this chart Rahu is in Chitta Nakshatra ruled by Mars and who is the AK in this chart.
