Guest guest
Dear Narasimha, I had read your earlier post about the nodes not lording Padas due to their not having bodies. It was an illuminating post. I find, however, on Page 295 of COVA that Ketu is said to lord A7 in the case study. Has there been a change in the position. The relevant line is 10th from the bottom. I am asking you this since you said that this was from the Parampara and Sanjay would probably be the foremost exponent of it. Regards. Anurag Sharma. New Delhi. Guest guest
|| Om Gurave Namah || Dear Anurag Sharma, Parampara does not mean blind following. (What does it mean?! A Style of thinking or memorised bunch of rules which all repeat like parrot?) Why don't you think for yourself about this. What if Ketu gets a head, like Ganesha got it?! Ganesha does have a body and big one for that matter. Guest guest
Dear Sanjay Ji, I feel that I am not a follower of anything in particular, let alone a blind follower. But that is only my own opinion about myself. I am greatly attached to Pt. Sanjay Rath's teachings as I find them to be the most sophisticated and deep Jyotish knowledge that I have encountered. Since Pt. Rath takes his Paramapara forward, I also used the term. I am not sure we are acquainted. In that case, if you were insinuating I am a parrot, perhaps you might want to know me a bit better before venturing that sentiment. But if you were saying that one ought not repeat dicta of Parampara like a parrot, I am in agreement with you. In the animal kingdom, my Simha Lagna would correspond more closely to a lion. However, in view of the just concluded Kantak, I am walking with a limp. But walking. I did think about it. It may just be that my thinking is not overly polished. I should know Ketu and Ganapati a bit since Ketu is my Ishta representative in the 12th from Lagna and the 12th from Atmakaraka in Navamsha (Karakamsha). Sri Ganesh is my Ishta Devata and as a lawyer in the Supreme Court and as a Jyotishi, I feel that Ketu and Ganapati have been blessing me. (11 June, 1972; Cuttack, Orissa; 10:15 AM) "what if Ketu gets a head?" Sanjay Rath said Ketu does have a head. It is us who do not. That is one level of thinking. But is that to say that Ketu shall lord Arudha Padas and Rahu shall not? It was to clarify this that I had posed the initial question. It may be relevent since I also run Ketu Antardasha in Vimshottari in the 9th from AL and 12th from Lagna. The question may have more relevance for me. If Ketu can lord Arudhas, then He is co-lord of AL in the 9th therefrom, conjoined the A10. Thank you.
