if yogakaraka becomes BADHAKA and Neecha , Shall I consider that evilness is

reduced to a greater

No, debilitation is bad , and mars is not good in 12th house except

for spiritual purposes. By the Way Ramakrishna paramahansa has mars in

12th exalted
