siblings and travel. Let me know.

 

Partially correct is not sufficient. So, may I request Gurus to look

at my analysis and correct me where I am wrong, so that we can learn

Dear Raghunadha & Vijay,

 

Namaste. At the outset i would like to congratulate all the participants. i

did not participate though i very much wanted to. i just wanted to answer that

portion of vijay's question relating to 5th house.

 

The following conditional dasas are applicable in the chart.

1.Ashtotari - governor is ketu

2.Chaturseeti sama dasa - governor - nodes

3.Shastihayani - governor -Sun

4.Shat-trimsa sama dasa - governor - buda

 

With reference to AK Venus the placement of Ketu is more appealing as it is

placed in 11th(the order of priority as you know is

kendras/panaparas/apoklimas with respect to AK).

 

Let us work out Ashtotari. As per the time given the dasa scheme is as follows;

MD-GURU AD- GURU PD-GURU SD-GURU PAD-GURU AND DAD-VENUS.

 

We are able to see the predominance of Guru. Guru is vakra and is placed in 7th

house. The vakra portion in general gives misfortune relating to one of the

significations of Guru. So a natural doubt relating to putra sokha will rise

as Guru is putra karaka and is repeatedly figuring in the dasa scheme. With

reference to Guru AK Venus is placed in 8th house and is subject to the

machinations of Rahu in the 5th from it and Sani in the 11th from it.

 

Guru is the sthira karaka for children. The 8th lord with reference to Guru as

per vridhakarika is Buda while the 8th lord with reference to 7th from Guru is

Guru himself as per vridhakarika. Buda is stronger as it is associated with Sun

while Guru is alone. Buda is placed in watery sign and all the watery signs

become death inflicting houses. In addition we also take the trinal earthy

signs taking the sthira karaka Guru into consideration.

 

As per Jaimini upadesa sutras Buda causes death by way of natural disasters.

 

If the time given in the chart is rectified we can go further and be specific.

I feel the time is correct with a tolerance of 2-3 minutes.But for

finer verifications rectification is needed.

A)Vimshottari is applicable only where conditionals does not apply or

b)Vimshottari is universal
