-dear mrs bisla,

based on what you have provided,

you have mithun lagna, mangala and budha in lagna, aspecting the 7th

house of marriage. mangala also aspects the 4th house, of happiness,

domestic and otherwise, and the endings of things, which tend to end

badly.

 

your husband has strong pitta energy, which can manifest in many

ways, including aggressiveness. he is also an intellectual or mental

communicative type. (so are you) and you have probably vata pitta

dosha.

 

you married during shani-shukra dasha-bhukti, shukra is karaka for

marriage.

 

you recieved a degree in nursing in shani-surya period, so that

period must have been conducive to studies. so in the D24 chart, of

learning, 8:30a puts surya in 8th house,not the greatest, while

8:25a birthtime puts surya in 9th house, much more conducive to

higher education.

 

so i rectify the birthtime to 8:25a or before, but not after.

 

your atmakaraka is shukra, in the 12th house. the role of atmakaraka

is to bring you closer to god, often through suffering, in the house

it is placed. you mentioned stress since coming to amer. in feb 2000.

12th house is living abroad. so this causes the stress, which, if

you follow a dharmic path in order to fix this, will cause you to

engage in spiritual practice more, for example by engaging in

teaching/studying meditation(also 12th house). it is interesting

that shukra is the dispositor of rahu, as well.

 

rahu shows where you need to go (usually, and in your chart, it

does), on your path of evolution. ketu indicates where you are

coming from, what you have done already.

your rahu is in thula, ketu in mesha. from chandra, rahu in 5th,

ketu in 11th. from lagna, rahu is in 2d, while ketu is in 8th.

overall, what i will pick to discuss is rahu in the 2d, its

atmakaraka dispositor in the 12th.

 

the 2d house is the house of maya, money, possessions, and you seem

to lose them, and this causes stress.

the lesson is to develop vivika and vairagya, which were not

sufficiently developed in previous lives.

 

2d house is teaching,as well, on 12th-house issues, such as

meditation, perhaps?

also, with mangala in the 1st, you should engage in hatha yoga, and

with the ruler of the 1st (body) the same as the 10th ruler, (budhi)

using your body as a career can possibly be indicated.

so your life may need to take a new direction.

 

with ketu in the 8th, its ruler in the lagna you have a strong

intuitive ability, and ability to understand death, and

impermanence, and engage in metaphysical subjects (like joining the

forum)

 

i feel you will divorce, as you indicated you are on the verge of

it. i believe you will simply find a new partner soon after, or that

you may finally decide on divorce because of one.

my reasoning is that the 6th, 8th, 12th houses from the 7th can

indicate difficulty, transformation, and loss of partner.

you are now in shani-rahu period. rahu is in the 8th from the 7th,

its lord is in the 6th from the 7th, again, the atmakaraka itself.

also, transit shani(who takes away) is aspecting your 7th house now,

until may-apr 2005, causing possible separation.

at the same time, transiting brhaspati (who gives) is in your lagna,

aspecting the 7th,(and it is in fact the lord of the 7th as well)

and also causing you to engage in seeking wisdom (also nataly

brhaspati is aspecting your lagna, so you value/have wisdom and

dharma) as well as possibly causing a new relationship.

 

of course, when shani leaves its current sign, the effect of

brhaspati can operate in full force, combining in fact with the new

shani-brhaspati period you will be in starting may 2005, until dec

2007.

so i believe you will find a new partner between may/apr to sep/oct

2005. there are many factors pointing to it.

 

if you decide to marry again, the second husband will be more

spiritual, due to brhaspati in the 9th (2d marriage)

also, while mangala aspecting your 4th of happiness is always an

issue, at least kuja dosha should be ending about now, since you are

now 28-29.

this is all part of your dharma, due to shukra's involvement

(atmakaraka and ruler of rahu, being involved in the current bhukti)

 

remedial measures are to pray to mangala, through yajna, puja,

mantra, fasting on tuesdays (fruit and yogurt and water ok)

etc.

and of course shukra as well.
