7.5 years sani - clarification requested please

Hi,

 

I just found this group and I'm thoroughly impressed with the

community here.

 

I've a question:

 

The birth details are:

Sex: Male

DOB: 18.04.1978

TOB: 20:16

POB: Rajapalayam, Tamilnadu, India

 

One astrologer read that the 7.5 years Janma sani has just started for

this subject.

 

While another read that since the subject has already got janma sani,

this 7.5 years will be Pongu sani for him.

 

Can someone here please clarify.
