rectification question for group

i responded to someone's request to tell him about his life.

i wrote that he had a career in a service and or healing profession.

that person reported back that he had an ms in cis, and became vp of

a large bank.

i am providing the given birth time: 1 dec 1963, 7:06 , eluru.

i propose a rectified time of 6:54p, in order to change the D10

lagna from singa to kartaka.

i would appreciate if someone could look at his dashamsha, and see

if my rectifation holds water. could a person with his career type

and success possibly have the dashamsha of 7:06?
