He heard about it later, but that was the date it got approved. Quite frankly, even knowing the event now, I can come up with dashas and sequences that may make this possible. However, I would never have picked that period, if I had to do this ahead of time. I am quite happy that many of the learned members tried to solve it. I also learnt a lot from the analysis of some members. Thanks. Maybe, someone else can post the next one. If not for the person, then who else are we talking about. The moment one hears about an event in his life, that is when the event has taken place, it is not when some xyz has thought of giving something to the native. I personally believe, even now, that it is indeed an event that most indian citizens in the USA look forward to. More importantly, the native saw the USCIS website on March 5th, 2004. So, even by your definition of the event taking place ONLY when the native knows about it, the puzzle is still valid. I did not give any time of event, for precisely this reason. If you feel, you have wasted your time in attempting this puzzle, please accept my apologies. My ojective, when I posted the puzzle, was more to see if any of the jyotishis on the group will atleast say that it is related foreign settlement. I was not looking for some exact answer, like Form I551 or something of that sort got approved. Why didn't you mention this earlier? In an earlier mail you had written that the native came to know about the event later, but now you say he saw on website. Thus please be clear from the next time onwards. By the way even though i did not get the green card thing, i did predict that the event was related to gains as Jupiter the hora lord at the time of prasna was sitting in fifth house being the 8th cum 11th lord. Jupiter is in Virgo which is a green field. Thus green card can be a possible outcome :-))). I know all my friends and students reading this would laugh their guts out, but they know me as a person throwing googlies every now and then..
