Guest guest
Hare Rama Krishna Dear Kalidas, Generally, Dasavatara are considered for Ishta devata. Why Kali? If Venus is in a Tamo guna rasi, you can consider 'Radha Krishna' as your Ishta. This form is worshipped for emanicipation from the cycle of rebirths or to get closer to that paramatma within you! You may have a natural inclination to worship a deity, which you are seeing from the 5th in D20. For 12th from Karakamsa, planet therein/ or when vacant/ lord of that house is considered to determine the form of deity. i have not cast your chart but check if you have Sat +Moon influence on your 9th house. Hope you got your answers. regards viswanadham vedic astrology, "mahakali108" <mahakali108> wrote: > > hello, > it seems there are 2 ways to determine ishta devata: > 1. from 5th house of d-20 > 2. 12th house from karakamsha in navamsha > which is it? > > also, does one take simply the strongest planet in the appropriate > house, or does one combine the effects of the various planets both > in the house and planets rashi aspecting it? > > how would one otherwise explain why my diety is kali? > 1. only venus is in 12th from ak in navamsha > 2. venus, rahu and ketu are in 5th in d-20 > my info: 27 mar 1972, 00:20 (20 min past midnight)tehran iran > > thanks, > kalidas
