Please help my sister .. she's very ill...unexplainable

Your sister is under influence of Rahu, Bhuta meaning Evil spirits.

This happens due to severe Pitru dosha

She is running Rahu dasa- Budha bhukti

Budha is badhakadhipati .

Very trying times she has passed and more are to come.

Undersigned will suggest some remedial measures

and will conduct special prayers for her as a part of service.
