First thing i see is Sarpa Yoga which is broken

by Darakaraka Venus, and Parivartana between

Saturn in 1 and Moon in 7 house. So Your personality

and life can be changed or was changed and is

much connected to living with spouse/getting married.

 

But married life can be delayed as Lord of 7 is in Marana Karaka

sthana and aspected by the same SATURN by Graha drishti,

i see also something unconventional about marriage/sex because

lord of 7 is Vakra.

 

Lord of Trikona and Kendra in 10 house is good for carreer,

but lord of 10 house is in 8 house which can means short-termed

jobs and You can be little lazy about job (saturn has G.drishti on
